Our staff will be happy to provide information for your pleasant stay and answer any questions you might have. 

We can arrange taxi shuttle, car rent, massage at the villa, yoga classes, cooking lessons and many more that are available on the island.

The payment rules apply as following: 

Right after the reservation the guest must pay in 24 hours
a. 50% of the full payment if the reservation is created more than 1 month before arrival and the rest of the payment must be completed 30 days before arrival. (The guests have a the period of 2 days to proceed with the second payment) 

b. 100% of the full amount if the reservation is created less than 30 days before arrival. 

Special Rules do apply* 

In the villa parties, smoking and equipment that can cause danger to the guest and the building are not allowed

 

The refund rules apply as following:

100% refund if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 before the check-in

No refund if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in
